Lifting Safety & Usage Guidelines
- Inspect slings, nets, and assemblies for cuts, abrasion, broken stitches, or missing labels before each use
- Never exceed the working load limit (WLL) marked on the product identification tag
- Avoid contact with sharp edges — when hoisting loads with sharp corners, edges, or rough surfaces, protect the sling by adding an outer sleeve or polyester webbing protection to extend service life
- Do not tie knots in slings — use proper connecting hardware such as shackles and hooks
- Apply angle factor derating for multi-leg assemblies per EN 13414-1
- Operating temperature range: -40°C to 100°C (UHMWPE slings to -125°C, aramid to 180°C)
- Elongation rate: <3% at WLL, <10% at breaking load for polyester slings
- Store clean, dry, and away from direct sunlight, chemicals, and heat sources
